We didn´t do much this weekend.
Friday we had Tapas from Bar Quick, San Luis, as a takeaway. Saturday sees us queuing to get into Ikea, Murcia. We buy quality steaks from “Only Meat” on the poligono in Torrevieja- quality fillet steak. Sunday was a trip to the market to get some pink garlic- over 3kg worth! We had German sausages at the market, and managed to get 3 cooked chickens for 12 euro. This was shredded/ stripped, the carcasses boiled to produce a stock that we added roasted veg to to make chicken and veg soup. We then spent the afternoon at Bar San Remo for their BBQ- a great weekend!
