El Castell de Guadalest
This is a hidden historical Gem. The whole town is full of art shops, there´s the castle, monastry, Church and numerous museums. Plenty of cafe´s, bars and restaurants, and some stunning views down to the coast through the valley, as well as down to the embalse below. Great driving roads in the area as well, if you are interested in driving being more than a method of point A to B.
