Episode 131 – We smoke Brisket
Our second attempt at smoking meat on the BBQ we bought from Lidl Spain- this time a 3kg piece of Beef Brisket from Rios butchers, on the poligono in Torrevieja.
Many of the catering establishments, bars and restaurants use Rios as their butchers.
We visit Bar Quick in La Siesta, show the latest on Bob´s garden, and of course- te slow cooked smoked brisket with Dauphinoise potatoes.
We finish off with some more drone footage showing progress of the park in La Siesta, Torrevieja.
