Service stations in Spain are generally better- and not containing your typical fast food places like in the UK.
Fresh local food, Tapas and menu del dia and some things available to buy that maybe a little bit different to what you are used to available to purchase- and that´s just in the associated cafe or restaurant.
We call into the services in the outskirts of Montesa in the Valencian Community and have a look around Restaurant Casa Emilio which is a typical service station restaurant we´ve seen all over Spain on our roadtrips.
