Alicante and Torrevieja Christmas lights | Beef Wellington at home and paella with a difference
This is our last video before Christmas 2023!
Getting into the festive spirit, we head to Alicante with @eurotourguidespain to see the lights and enjoy the St. Nicholas parade (Patron Saint of Alicante)
We also see the record holder for the Worlds tallest Belén (Nativity Scene)
We have a puppy update to see how our 2 little terrors are getting on after being rescued from the Campo.
Helen does her first ever Beef Wellington (lush!) as well as making a paella/ rice dish similar to the one we had in Valencia last month, but with a twist!
We then head into Torrevieja to see the lights and the Belen in Torrevieja (now under cover)
We also announce our first proper “Youtube meetup” – on May 4th 2024- location to be advised (close to Torrevieja) Confirmed so far, as well as us: @BetweenTheLakes
