Typical with us- more food!
We started at Paddy´s Point, La Zenia, for breakfast. Star of India, san Luis for an absolutely brilliant Indian- was even better than usual! Andy takes Alfie to the vets for an update on his heart condition. The (low carb) diet is out of the window now until new year- so nothing better than a home made Paella! Helen also makes baked Aubergine with cod finished with a cheese & alioli crust, with cauliflower / broccoli cheese. We also start to get things together for the Christmas dinner…
