Weekend Vlog #19

his weekend starts early, with some “leftovers” from our 100th video… Torrevieja has its first “weekend lockdown”- nobody allowed in – or out- of the town from 3pm Friday – 6am Monday- and it has a massive effect on traffic, businesses and shopping.

We have a few hints & tips for those of you living in Spain. Overseas supermarkets (Iceland) had empty shelves, chillers and freezers due to issues at customs since brexit.

This weekend we started on our home made lemoncello (limoncello)- should be ready in about 6 weeks…..

Food includes yet another BBQ (we were mid- high 20´s weatherwise at times)- minted lamb chops, home made kebabs, hot and spicy pancetta, burgers and reeves sausages. Braising steak with cauliflower cheese Keto / low carb coconut cake (yum!)

Large cat scratching post- was from Zooplus (they have different websites, depending upon which country you are in)- we use https://www.zooplus.es​ but there is also http://www.zooplus.co.uk​
