Yellow Rose of Texas, Benijofar / Benimar

This used to be THE place to go for ribs in the area; the restaurant was closed (temporarily) around 2017, but through the grapevine the planned closure of a year was then extended, until word was out that it had closed for good.

Fast forward to 2020, and we hear the restaurant is open again. The plan was to go during our “staycation” in August, but we had to cancel our booking.

Fastforward to September, and we managed to secure another booking.

Our video review is below, along with a photo album. We definitely recommend a visit- just don´t order as much food as we did- we ended up taking 4.5kg of ribs home!
