Home of Paella – we visit El Palmar, Albufera, Valencia. Will it be any good?
On our last visit to Valencia we drove, so that we could take a trip to where it is said is the “birthplace of Paella”- around l´Albufera a huge natural park and wetlands 20 minutes drive from Valencia.
We take a trip out onto the water, as well as try an authentic paella in this quaint place.
The question is: is it as good as one Helen makes?- or is it actually any good AT ALL?
