For fathers day the team go to Che! Argentinian restaurant in Zenia Boulevard- it´s closed, excluding restaurants. (Spanish red day)
We make new Tapas at home- Bang Bang coconut prawns, gang bao brussel sprouts, pork patties with spicy Italian seasoning, as well as garlic mushrooms, chorizo in Sherry, Chinese ribs, yellow chillis, asparagus. We make beef curry, slow cooked using some of Mr Vikki´s Chillis – we picked some sauces etc. up (and tried variations!) at the Lemon Tree Market Speaking of which, we have Ukranian street food and buy cooked chickens & what looked like frikkadellen to take home, as well as loads of fresh fruit and veg. Basically, this week Andy tries to destroy his insides with variations of Chillies & sauces!
We also do the next phase of the home made Limoncello.
